Upper St. Clair (October 3, 2011) – CHART Risk Retention Group, a medical malpractice liability insurance company and AHRQ-certified Patient Safety Organization, proudly introduces four new colleagues. These additions fill vital roles in CHART’s organization and expand its service offering to members.
Office Manager and Accounting Associate
Marcie DeBold fills the role of Office Manager/Accounting Associate. This role is responsible for Cash Management, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and administrative support.
Marcie previously worked as Accounting Manager at Peppers Performance Eyeware, where she was also responsible for administrative and International Shipping duties. She attended University of Idaho.
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Radi fills the position of Chief Financial Officer. His role provides CHART with financial leadership and direction as it expands its operational base.
Rick has served with such companies as Emerson Electric and Fisher Scientific, and most recently as Controller for Neville Chemical Company. He received his BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Robert Morris University.
Underwriting Associate
Brandi Sroka has filled the new position of Underwriting Associate. Her role at CHART is to provide support to the Underwriting department in areas of operations, procedures and policies.
Brandi’s recent experience includes working as an Actuarial Analyst at The Phoenix Benefits Group, Inc. She received her BS in Mathematics from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Clinical Specialist
Deborah L. Nellis, RN, DNP, joins CHART Institute in the new position of Clinical Specialist. This role will serve as the clinical lead on its newly developed Perinatal Safety Program and play a key role in facilitating clinical process improvements to CHART’s membership.
Previous positions that Deborah has held include staff nurse, clinical specialist, educator and nurse manager. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant.
